By Madebymt clients we mean companies or individuals that use the services we provide, whether they are free or not. Madebymt Respondents in online questionnaires
By Respondents we mean those individuals who choose to complete the online pop-up questionnaires or submit, vote or comment on ideas through by PopupAlly
We ask the respondents to elicit background information regarding gender, age, education as well as other sociodemographics. This information is used to generate the reports that Clients can access online. In addition, we ask Respondents to fill in their email address for further market research use and to participate in prize draws. The Respondents are at all contact-occasions given the opportunity to opt out from any further contact. All information is always used fully anonymized and stored in secured surroundings.
We log, as a standard in our service, information sent by the Respondent´s browser such as computer IP´s address, pixel code, referring HTTP location, current HTTP location, search string, time of the access, browser´s time, any searches made on the applicable website, and other statistics.
Cookies

Information Sharing and Disclosure
Log Data, Market Research Data and Aggregate Information. We may share the following information with third parties, including, but not limited to, companies that buy our market research services: Log Data collected on both the Madebymt.com site and third party websites tagged with Madebymt.com tags, as well as aggregated, anonymized, information resulting from the analysis of such log data for a variety of market research purposes
In addition, we may make use of the respondent´s consentingly elicited background information in combination with the submitted emailadress to initiate market research surveys. The information is used to target surveys to, for instance, specific age or gender groups.
Information is not used to advertisements, solicitions of goods and/or services or other activity not guided by the Market Research community´s ESOMAR-code of conduct.
Information of any specific Client website´s performance, for instance in relation to the 10 usability criteria measured in the survey, is used to generate benchmarks to other websites. No individual website is discernable to other sites since the website is not mentioned by name and no benchmark is made out of less than 5 participating sites.
Service Providers. We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Services, to provide the Services on our behalf, to perform services related to administration of the Services (including, without limitation, maintenance, hosting and database management services, and administration). These third parties have access to your Personally Identifiable Information and Log Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
Compliance with Laws and Law Enforcement
Madebymt cooperates with government and law enforcement officials and private parties to enforce and comply with the law. We disclose Personally Identifiable Information and Log Data to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to respond to claims and legal process (including but not limited to subpoenas), to protect the property and rights of Madebymt.com or a third party, to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop any activity we may consider to be, or to pose a risk of being illegal or legally actionable.
Business Transfers

Changing or Deleting Your Information. You may review, update, correct or delete the information in your Client registration profile by logging into your account. Log Data cannot be deleted. If you want to delete your account, please contact us. We may retain an archived copy of your records as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Madebymt is concerned with safeguarding the information gathered through our Services. We employ a variety of measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access.
International Transfer
Data may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction. Please be advised that we transfer information across borders in order for us to process it at any location we at any given time see fit.
