Ingredient:
2 cups of light brown sugar
2 cups of sweet squash powder (Can get in aisan market)
1 cups of Potato Starch (Can get in aisan market)
Half of the taro or sweet potato
Process:
1. Cook taro to soft then drain water out left about a quarter amount in the container.
2. Add the ingredient in and stair them all up.
3. Makse sure stir them all evenly. Then make a square cake shape to cut them to smaller pieces.
4. You can roll them to a ball or just keep them square up to you.
5. Boik some water with brown sugar, add the taro tapioca in when the water is boil.
6. About 5 minutes later the tapoca float on the top of the water, turn heat to low and keep cooking for 3 more minutes, then it’s ready for your dessert. 🙂
