How to bake traditional taiwanese cake in 60 minutes

✎ Ingredient:
1. All-purpose flour/Cake flour 60g
2. Milk 80g
3. Vegetable oil 75g
4. Six eggs
5. 60g sugar
6. 1g salt

✎ Instruction:
1. Heat up vegetable oil in the microwave for 99 seconds.
2. Pour into a bowl with all-purpose flours
3. Mixed them well, then add egg york and milk in.
4. Then we are going to start with egg white with a tiny amount of salt
5. Use egg beater, see a little bubble show up, then add sugar in two separate times, until show up foamy and will leave a mark when you pick up egg beater.
6. Add a quarter amount of egg white to the bowl with egg york, stir evenly.
7. Pure egg york bowl back to the egg white and stir gently
8. Pure then in the cake stray.
9. After it’s own done, prepare a deep stainless stray with hot water and with a stand so cake stray can be separate from water.
10. Preheat the oven for 350, then put inside to bake 60 minutes.
