Happy 100 Day – 6 Work out

Do you sit in front chair look at computer all the time?

Start feel tight on your shoulder?

How about start to move around, start a little exercise!

you will feel much better after that, and more energy from it. : )

Happy 100 Day–5 身心運動
平時一直坐在電腦前的您,
起身動一動吧!每個禮拜抽出2~3天的時間運動,可以從小的開始,像是散步、騎腳踏車等等…
雖然一開始會覺得很累,但是休息一下之後,就發現自己身體舒暢很多,好像是新的自己一樣喔!
除了身體多動動外,腦袋也可以玩個腦力激盪,刺激大腦,讓它更強壯吧!!

毛毛喜歡看見世界的美好
他看見他的主人肉肉的是因為胃口好
所以他會說:「你有口福喔!」
他看見他的朋友壯壯的是因為他常運動
他會說:「希望有一天可以跟你一樣強壯」
他看見他的同事做事較緩慢
他會說:「你很細心喔!」
他喜歡稱讚他周邊的朋友,因為可以帶給他們開心
讓自己永遠看見世界美好的一面!

Happy 100 day—Day 3 : Think opposite!

We used to see apple is red, banana is yellow, table is square, moon is round.

Used to it make us think less, then we miss the interesting part of life!

What if apple can be green and red at the same time?
What do you feel about that?
I think would be great decoration for X'mas season!

What if apple turn square?

Think something you always think it wont change.
Then start to train your brain, so if any time you hard to make a decisions….

Write a letter to your friend who you miss a lot,
someone you had a misunderstand before,
someone you had a cold war before,
someone was close to you before,
someone help you out before,

Ask them how have you been?
Show your care, then your get big surprise back from them.

Also you will feel so much better send the letter out!
