Happy 100 Day–5 身心運動
平時一直坐在電腦前的您,
起身動一動吧!每個禮拜抽出2~3天的時間運動,可以從小的開始,像是散步、騎腳踏車等等…
雖然一開始會覺得很累,但是休息一下之後,就發現自己身體舒暢很多,好像是新的自己一樣喔!
除了身體多動動外,腦袋也可以玩個腦力激盪,刺激大腦,讓它更強壯吧!!
